I just can not understand why with such prevalent issues with a large scale combat system they encourage they'd just spend more time nerfing and recreating ships/modules. Damnit I want more effective management of CCP's human resources.

Im not actually sure how to determine how many players are involved in holding space, i guess you could do some sick calculations using the influence map and the member attributes of all participating corps in said alliances but I cant even fathom...
